On Friday, November 12, 2004 we had our semi-annual carpet cleaning perfomed, as well as our upholstered chairs cleaned. Most often we only hear the complaints and not the good things that happen, but we would like to extend our thanks for a job VERY WELL DONE!

As you know, we have been a customer for some time now and have used your servie twice a year and have been on the un-happy side before, but we feel it is important to appreciate the positive as well. Our clinic had never looked so good, and smelled so wonderful. The crew that was here on Friday was terrific, did a thorough job, and even called when finished to ask a few questions and let me know it was OK to come and lock the door; their professional attitude really showed through.

Customer Service is a very important part of a business relationship, and I wanted you to know how satisfied we were with our current experience. I look forward to our relationship in the future, and thanks for doing such a great job with our carpets, chairs, and runners!!!

Gentlemen,
 
When we had a frozen heating 3'4" line that broke and poured water for about 6 hours into our lower level, I have never seen a more professional or immediate response from any firm as S.B. Farley provided.

They responded immediately to our call, brought in all sorts of fans and dehumidifiers, removed all baseboard and loosened the carpet at the edges, moved every piece of furniture into undamaged areas and set up their equipment to begin the drying process on the same night that we called them. We provided them with a door key and they checked the progress at odd hours which we would have needed to arrange without issuing them a key. Further, we felt we were in safe hands with them having the key and never worried one bit about their use of it.

We also had them clean some carpet on our second level and they again did it professionally by moving all furniture, cleaning it and them restoring the furniture as it was.

In both cases we did not have to lift a finger to assist and we had the best relationship with a Vermont contractor that we ever experienced in our 15 years at this address.

Special thanks should go to Mike - he was great to talk to and helped us through the whole process.

We have already told friends the pleasant experience we had with your company and would never hesitate to call them for any work. And we will gladly furnish a reference to anyone making such an inquiry.
